Did you ever think about leaving the rat race? I know you did, everybody does, but how would you do it? Would you hit the lottery, get a large inheritance, or maybe start your own business? Well, hitting the lottery would certainly be nice, but then so would that date with your favorite movie star, but then unless you are another movie star, or some really high roller, that probably will never happen. Of course if you were one of those you probably would not be worried about getting out of the rat race after all, would you? So what does that leave us with? Maybe starting our own business! I know it may sound crazy, but unless you can do one of the other things we mentioned above, starting your own business is about the only way you can really get out of the rat race. Leaving the rat race is not such an easy proposition.
Starting your own business is not an easy proposition either. You have to decide what business you want to start. What location you want to put it in. How much you want to pay in a building lease or purchase. How many employees do you need to employ. How much inventory do you need to be stocking. Wow, the list just keeps getting longer and longer the more you think about it. Then, after you get it all put together, guess what, you are still tied to it. You are still tied into the rat race. Like I said, leaving the rat race is never easy.
However, one day you think, there may be another way. You start to look around and see that quite a lot of people are making a very good living right from their home. What are they doing? It seems that some people have found the key to really leaving the rat race behind. These folks have found a way to make a living from wherever they are at the moment, simply by knowing how to market on the internet. They do not need a physical building to work from, or to hold that entire inventory. They don't really need to decide on a location for their business. The internet is global. Hey, wait a minute! Wow! Global! That could mean even more customers for their business, if they do it right.
I really think we may be on to something here. This may be a subject that if you are really serious about leaving the rat race, then maybe you need to do a little more research on.
